I loved working with every members of Mr.Host since the beginning. Nelson and Adriana left a great first impression on me after our initial conversations and I was amazed by Nelson’s eagerness to help with every tiny detail that comes up. Everyone I interacted in person or virtually (Thiago, Rodolfo, Tatiana) were very prompt, professional and helpful, which is what you want from a team especially if you are living in another city and they are managing your properties. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service they provide, their attention to my needs and also to the customer’s needs based on the nice reviews we received on the property. I think they do an amazing job with property management, arranging everything to get the property ready for as soon as possible, and keeping the owner informed about what is happening all the time (including updates about the home condition & precautions for unexpected events like hurricanes). I am sure I’ll continue to receive great service, and hope to continue working with them.
